PEOPLE · SHIFTS · COSTS
The people behind production.
Three shifts, named crews, relief cover and a clearer view of the cost of staffing.
Entirely fictional records, 1 January 2024–23 October 2026. Salary and sickness examples describe invented people. Analytics are a published BigQuery extract, not a live HR system.
Staffing cost by period
Unfilled positions by period
The six-person staffing scenario replaces the old labor cost; it is not added twice. Original production results remain unchanged. Scenario profit is before depreciation, interest and tax. Selecting a month shows daily results.
