FICTIONAL WORKFORCE SCENARIO

Three eight-paid-hour shifts: Morning 06-14, Evening 14-22, Night 22-06 next day. Business date is shift start date; fixed paid hours ignore DST.

Each line: four crews of six (one lead included) rotate Morning, Evening, Night, Rest; six role-matched relief workers. Approx. 42 scheduled hours/week on average; this is a teaching model, not an employment-law compliant roster certification.

Sickness has no diagnosis. Fictional sickness is paid at 100% base hours. Relief is paid only for assigned hours. Rates depend only on role and year, identical between lines.

Hourly rates rise by EUR 1 each year after 2024; night premium is 25% of worked night hours; employer load is an illustrative 20% of gross. These are not statutory tax/social insurance rules. No net pay, overtime, leave accrual or tax calculation.

New staffing is a parallel scenario. Original production and profit history remains unchanged. Cost bridge replaces legacy labor with full scenario payroll; never add both.

Records end on 2026-10-23, not a live roster. Files and communications are fictional; no emails, payroll payments, approvals or machine actions were executed.
